Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials Services oversees compliance to the quality management system policies and procedures, with responsibility for disposition of material in the Material Review Bay and training on quality documents and record keeping to demonstrate system compliance.

The role emphasizes data control, measurement device ownership, CAPA follow-ups, and ensuring proper records for gauges and nonconforming material, supporting operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have detail-oriented mindset and adhere to Quality Management System requirements.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience or exposure to diverse workforce and ability to interact with Plant Operations Supervisors/Managers.
• Quality training is preferred but not required; willingness to pursue training.
• Three years Quality Assurance/Control experience preferred.
• Experience or training in ISO9001:2015 or AS9100 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership of measurement devices, CAPA follow-ups and quality records.
• Oversee disposition of non-conforming material and ensure timely processing.
• Act as trainer on quality department documents and maintain proper records for gauges and logs.
• Meet YKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies.
