Qualifications

• Five years of IATF 16949 experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
• At least five years experience leading the QA/QC function in a laboratory environment is desired.
• Ability to lead a diverse team of quality technicians and engineers while balancing the needs of production/process support.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a division-wide, IATF16949 and ISO9001 compliant business management system to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
• Ensures QA systems are implemented and QA/QC practices are standardized and followed.
• Staffs and trains QA/QC personnel at the location.
• Analytically assess materials and certify their performance to customers; manage the IATF program and related Quality Control program.
