Booz Allen is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to participate in the QA process and ensure that all products and services meet company and client standards and end-user requirements. You will apply advanced consult­ing skills and technical expertise while mentoring team members.

You have 5+ years in product design, quality, and fabrication, knowledge of GD&T, budgeting, and root-cause analysis, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 5+ years of experience working in product design, product quality, and manufacturing processes in a fabrication environment
• Experience developing, evaluating, and improving quality assurance processes involving Geo met ric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, production process, received, in-process, first article, and final mechanical parts and assemblies
• Knowledge of budget ing, cost control, project value estimation
• Knowledge of root cause analysis for quality issues
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Experience working as a systems engineer
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
