Job summary

Knight Federal Solutions, DC-area government contractor, is seeking a QA professional to guide quality management for DoD and IC programs. You will help shape QA plans, lead audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualified candidates hold active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a Bachelor's degree, and at least six years of related experience; strong communication with customers and leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Consult on producing a QA plan including standards, checklists, templates, and processes.
• Monitor adherence to QA plans by tracking program implementation.
• Perform internal audits to verify conformance with QA standards.
• Facilitate SOP and policy updates to improve quality continually.
• Develop QA plans for features or projects.
• Review and analyze existing QA documents for required changes.

Responsibilities

• Consult regarding the production of a quality management plan, to include all requisite quality standards, checklists, report templates, and processes.
• Monitor adherence to quality assurance plans and requirements by monitoring program implementation.
• Perform internal audits to verify that records are in conformance to quality management plans/standards.
• Facilitate changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, training materials to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Developing QA plans for features or projects.
• Review and analyze existing QA documents developed by others for the need for changes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.
• Must have at least 6 years’ experience
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers, team, and leadership

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
