This role involves quality testing all benefit plans. The person will collaborate with the AIS team during plan development and verify the accuracy of the plans across various systems to meet client specifications. If discrepancies such as incorrect deductibles, out-of-pocket limits, or mail pricing are identified, they will coordinate with the AIS team to resolve these issues. The role requires high attention to detail and involves no phone work. Communication is primarily internal via email or messaging. The person will be assessed with a scorecard after training and is expected to process 25 plans weekly. This is a non-IT, operations role.
