Job summary

Actalent in Glendale, WI is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain the QMS, coordinate non-conformances, CAPA, and audits including FDA and FSSC, ensuring regulatory compliance across the site.

You will lead change control, document control, HACCP and PCQI tasks, and oversee CAPA and root-cause analyses. This fully onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range.

• Review, investigate, and document non-conformances, ensuring timely corrective actions and proper records of corrections and outcomes.
• Manage change control requests and quality documentation to ensure all changes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and improve the food safety program (PCQI), including cleaning and hygiene protocols, to ensure consistent product safety.
• Maintain, update, and implement the HACCP plan and follow corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes as needed.
• Perform and lead internal and external audits, including FDA audits, FSSC audits, and other regulatory or certification audits.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA, FSMA, and CFIA regulations.
• Handle audits, CAPA activities, root cause analyses (RCA), and non-conformance management for the entire site.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
