Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing quality inspection role.
• Strong proficiency in GD&T application and interpretation.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain manual dexterity.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency status.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections to verify component compliance with strict quality benchmarks.
• Perform and document First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate production readiness and process accuracy.
• Apply GD&T principles to interpret complex engineering drawings for precise measurement.
• Manage the calibration lifecycle for essential tools and inspection gauges.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to investigate quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain adherence to AS9100 and AS9102 quality management systems.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to junior team members.
