KBR is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Houston. You will compile, analyze, and verify archival data, manage ADPs, and ensure accuracy of SARAH records for flight hardware and related materials.

The SQ&MA Records Center maintains and provides current status and accurate chronological history, which include asbuilt configuration, limited life, class and events on all flight, flight-like hardware and test equipment for which KBR has responsibility. Chronological historical records are utilized to document and verify the accomplishments of all actions affecting the quality status of ESOC processed hardware. These records are maintained throughout all phases of processing, testing, and shipping, and used for identifying, controlling and maintaining of records, Acceptance Data Packages (ADPs) to provide evidence of conformity to requirements whether contractual or legal. The records are controlled by QRC and functions as the main repository for Quality controlled documentation and is responsible for archiving all government records on ESOC in accordance with NASA policies and procedures.
Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment with the ability to develop/prioritize work schedule based on processing needs, work well within a team environment.
Communicate within the department any issues/concerns or impacts to schedules.
Participate in internal technical reviews, client reviews, and internal and external audits.
Serve as backup for the following tasks, Training Coordinator, Stamp Coordinator, Authorized Signature lists, and AED inspections.
Able to travel when required to the Sonny Carter Facility (NBL) to perform Quality Records duties as required.
