Syfan Logistics in Georgia is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee QA activities, develop testing strategies, and ensure service quality in logistics operations with a focus on automation.
You will document procedures, audit automation workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain use-case databases while tracking processes from origin to delivery.

Assist the oversight of Quality Assurance and or reviews and develop and execute exploratory, manual, and automated testing to ensure service quality in the logistics operations. This position will ensure the accuracy and quality of operational procedures with a focus on automation technology.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some administrative-type duties may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bending or stooping as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours.
