Abbott is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Casa Grande, AZ. This 12-month, on-site role supports product release and testing, manages samples and documentation, and ensures GMP compliance.

The position requires proficiency with GMP docs, Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills; independence in daily tasks is essential. The work involves coordinating sample workflows, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams while adhering to FDA regulations and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with GMP documentation practices preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Quality Systems Coordinator supports product release and testing activities by managing finished product samples, inventory, shipping, and documentation. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and company procedures while providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education
