Qualifications

• 1 year progressively responsible clerical or office work in which the applicant performed satisfactorily at the grade level of the position.
• 1 year progressively responsible experience performing clerical or administrative support duties or related work.
• 1–2 years of academic study above high school may substitute for each 6 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Review receiving documents and verify merchandise and quantities.
• Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate corrective action.
• Prepare QA reports and document deficiencies.
