Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Memphis is seeking a Quality Assurance Sanitizer to sanitize equipment per QA standards, prevent contamination, and perform chemical tests during cleaning. The role includes data entry and may act as a shift peer leader.

You will perform CIP sanitation on lines, maintain chemical storage and water treatment areas, and support GMP compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of basic microbiology and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs external and internal or CIP sanitation on production lines per QA policy.
• Ensures aseptic techniques and GMP compliance; maintains water treatment equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of chemical storage, CIP skids, and related areas.
