Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance & Sanitation Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership within our Food Production operation in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.

You will lead QA and Sanitation teams, ensuring products meet quality standards and safety requirements, while partnering across the operation to maintain cleanliness and continuous improvement. As an Employee Owner, you’ll own your work, develop your team, and help drive corrective actions by identifying root causes and implementing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills.
• Experience in QA, sanitation, and GMP/SSOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop QA and Sanitation teams; set expectations and accountability.
• Oversee QA activities to ensure products meet quality standards and sensory specs.
• Coordinate sanitation and SSOPs to maintain clean facilities and equipment.
• Investigate quality deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support audits and training to uphold food safety requirements.
