Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Quality Assurance RN in home health.
• CPR/First Aid certification with TB test or chest x-ray.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the organization’s quality improvement program.
• Monitor and measure activities related to performance improvement.
• Coordinate clinical record review for data collection.
• Report quality data on patient care, safety, risk, infection control, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with nursing supervisors to ensure compliant documentation.
• Lead education and training on performance improvement plans.
