Job summary

ThyssenKrupp is hiring a Quality Assurance Representative for 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) in the Cleveland area. The role focuses on documentation, data control, calibration, and corrective actions, with QA training preferred. Local candidates only; no relocation or sponsorship offered.

The QAR will ensure quality records, perform process audits, and train on quality documents as needed, while collaborating with Plant Operations Supervisors to uphold ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal skills are required and detail oriented to the Quality Management System.
• Rudimentary computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are needed.
• Exposure to a fast paced warehouse environment is expected.
• Able to work with a diversified workforce and interact with Plant Operations Supervisors.
• Quality system training is preferred but not required.
• ASQ certification is preferred.
• 3 years QA/QC experience required or desired.
• Experience with ISO9001:2015 or AS9100 quality standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and data control oversight in Plant.

We are hiring a QAR for 1st shift starting at $25.96 per hour1st Shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm**Candidates must be local to the CLE area, no relocation or spnsorship options are available for this role.**Key Accountabilities:Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices, corrective and preventive actions and their follow-ups, oversight of quality records held in Plant, process auditing for compliance to procedures, implementing statistical control of equipment and processes.Responsible for accurate information and timely processing of non-conforming material.QAR does not own responsibility for all Plant training; QAR will act as trainer on quality department documentsResponsible to ensure proper records are maintained for gages, nonconforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc.Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / CompetenciesMinimum Requirements:Good written and verbal skills are required. QAR must be detail oriented to the requirements of our Quality Management System. Quality system training is preferred, but not required.
