• Support PDCA for New Model/Change Point initiatives.
• Support part measurement review and submission.
• Support ISO activity and maintain IB Tech documentation processes.
• Training needs are based on IB Tech's training matrix for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROJECT LEADER (NM & IPPAAR)

About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Project Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance within the organization. This position is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements. The role involves strategic planning and execution of quality initiatives that drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The Quality Assurance Project Leader will serve as a key liaison between project teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure quality goals are clearly communicated and achieved. Ultimately, this role ensures that quality assurance efforts contribute to the overall success and reputation of the company in the marketplace.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Associate's degree and 2 years of job-specific and related experience (manufacturing experience required in a Quality position); OR


• 5-7 years of job-specific and related experience (manufacturing experience required in a Quality); AND


• Must possess demonstrated analytical capability; ability to work independently; excellent written and oral communication; and proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead IPPAAR (PCN) process from issuance to approval and issuance of IPPs


• New model and change point lead for IPPAARs


• Track all active IPPAARs to ensure that all IPPAARs are on schedule and are approved prior to shipping any new model or change point without at least temporary approval


• Support PDCA New Model/Change Point


• Support part measurement review and submission


• Support ISO activity and fill in as needed to maintain IBT documentation process


• Support PFMEA/PQCT/Pac -V/MPR update NMR, PFMEA, PQCT
