IBM seeks a Project Manager to lead our Quality-focused team, shaping AI-infused management features for hybrid cloud solutions. You will guide project direction, define metrics, and manage performance to meet client expectations in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary squad.

Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product leaders, while driving engagement and training initiatives across the organization. A high degree of ownership and clear communication are essential in this role.

Qualificações

Program management experience, preferably within a Quality organization.
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation).
Self-starter, ability to work on their own.
Experience with AI, Excel, PowerPoint and creating training media preferred.
Demonstrated high-level computer/server knowledge (hardware and software) preferred.

Your role and responsibilities

Collaborative Development: Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment.
Employee Engagement: Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Program management experience, preferably within a Quality organization.
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation).
Self-starter, ability to work on their own.
Artificial Intelligence, Excel, Powerpoint, and creating training media experience preferred.
Demonstrated high-level computer/server knowledge (hardware and software) preferred.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Project Management Tools: Exposure to project management tools and software that support project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Contract Management: Experience working with contracts, including understanding terms and conditions, and managing contractual deliverables.
Risk Management Techniques: Familiarity with risk management techniques and methods to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
