Job summary

SeAH Steel USA is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Auditor to audit manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to internal procedures. You will provide real-time feedback, identify issues, and support investigations on the shop floor in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in ERW manufacturing or related quality roles, with knowledge of API/ISO specs and NDT disciplines. This full-time role requires on-site work in Houston, TX, and offers opportunities for

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with QA/QC in manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with API, ISO, OCTG standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily audits of QA processes and real-time issue feedback.
• Monitor processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Report non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate quality issues on the line and support investigations.
• Provide data retrieval support for site projects.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality specs.
• Oversee material disposition and QA hold/removal processes.
• Conduct third-party audits if applicable.
