Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in quality assurance or related field.
• Must be able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete the returns process.
• Conduct root cause analysis using the 5Y method.
• Prepare and maintain accurate data analysis reports.

Skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Education

Associate's degree in a technical field
