Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Manager - Full-Time Remote (INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

The Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Manager position is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of services to specified clients and organizations. This role is responsible for establishing and communicating clear expectations on the roles and responsibilities the Mountain Pacific team has for the client and ensuring the client’s expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position will supervise Regional Supervisors and/or Regional Coordinators and may supervise Quality Improvement Facilitators and/or Project Support reports depending on volume of work.

This is a Full-time Remote position. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree with clinical setting or hospital experience and 4 years of leadership experience preferred. The first review of candidates will be on February 6th, 2025, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
