Consor is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control officer to develop, implement, and manage the QA/QC program for public works construction projects. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of QA/QC experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, or public works construction.
  • 3+ years in a QA/QC leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of public works construction practices and quality management systems.
  • Experience with Caltrans, municipal, county, utility, transportation, or water/wastewater projects.
  • Proficiency with construction documentation and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid California drivers license and ability to travel to project sites.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a quality assurance officer, you'll develop, implement, and managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program for public works construction projects. You\'ll ensure that all work performed complies with contract requirements, project specifications, applicable codes, regulatory standards, agency requirements, and company quality objectives. You\'ll collaborate with project management, field operations, subcontractors, inspectors, testing laboratories, and agency representatives to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Salary Range: $115k-$150k

What You\'ll Need
