Develops policies, procedures and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations. Develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000 family of standards), quality audits/review, Taguchi methods, process reengineering, etc. Responsibilities are within the Quality Assurance Methods Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression.
Apply established procedures to evaluate and improve product and process quality
Support quality audits and reviews using standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 14000
Assist in developing and maintaining quality policies and methods
Solve routine problems and contribute to process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and consistency
A college/university degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to follow structured procedures and take direction
Exposure to ISO standards or quality systems
Experience working with process improvement techniques such as identifying root causes, visualizing workflows, collecting structured data, and interpreting patterns in operational data
Comfort with analyzing data to support decision-making and continuous improvement is a plus.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $43,600 - $72,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
Base Pay Range for CO is $43,600 - $72,600. Base Pay Range for IL is $45,700 - $76,300. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $48,000 - $79,800. Base Pay Range for MD is $45,700 - $76,300. Base Pay Range for NY is $48,000 - $79,800. Base Pay Range for New York City is $50,100 - $83,500. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $41,500 - $68,900. Base Pay Range for OH is $41,500 - $68,900.
