Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality operations for the Philadelphia business and its service centers.

The role requires leadership, regulatory acumen, and the ability to drive quality improvements while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. You will coach team members, manage audits, and contribute to policy development across laboratories and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance in the environmental testing or similar industry.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required, including reading, writing, and speaking in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality operations of the Philadelphia business including service centers.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to staff; participate in planning and goal setting.
• Ensure adherence to government regulations and quality systems; drive improvements.
• Coach/mentor quality team and manage regulatory training.
• Handle agency audits and client audits; communicate with clients and attend industry meetings.
