Lennar is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the inspection and evaluation of home construction, ensuring compliance with quality standards and building codes. You will drive the goal of a zero‑defect home at customer celebrations and work with the Construction Management Team to uphold schedules and budgets.

In this role, you will document defects, communicate findings to contractors, and stay current on codes and product specs while training teams to improve quality.

• Inspect construction quality to ensure adherence to plans and codes.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non‑compliance issues.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and communicate findings.

• Conduct thorough QA inspections of homes, focusing on materials and workmanship.
• Ensure construction adheres to approved plans, specs, local codes and scopes of work.
• Document defects and communicate recommendations to contractors and teams.
• Complete QA Acceptance as scheduled by Construction Management Team.
• Provide training recommendations to improve quality standards and practices.
• Conduct New Home Orientations with customers.
