Valor Healthcare in Brunswick, GA seeks a Quality Care Manager to implement and manage the Quality Control program across EHUS sites. You will ensure contract services meet performance standards and coordinate with government stakeholders.

The role requires board-certified/licensed clinician (PA, NP, or RN) with at least three years in quality control or health care settings, and strong communication skills. Travel to additional sites is required.

Qualifications

• Board certification and licensure for PA, NP, or RN with valid credentials and licenses.
• Minimum three consecutive years’ experience in quality control or health services.
• Experience with government quality control plans and health units preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QC program across EHUS with site coverage.
• Oversee QA and performance management ensuring compliance with PWS, QASP, and PRS.
• Provide independent oversight of clinical and operational performance and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with CO/COR and ensure reporting, inspections, and actions are timely.
• Perform minimum 30% random walk-through inspections at health unit sites.
• Submit monthly QC reports to COR with defect trends and actions.
• Travel to Artesia and Charleston for on-site inspections when needed.
