• Coordinate timely resolution of identified performance deficiencies.
• Prepare required quality and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison to Government stakeholders for quality assurance.
• Provide training on quality standards to promote improvement.
• Identify operational and clinical risks with mitigation strategies.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Quality Management, or a related field

Active and unrestricted clinical license

Quality-related certifications (e.g., CPHQ, Six Sigma)
