Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a similar technical field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role within the manufacturing, or automotive industry
• Certification in internal auditing will be huge plus or 3-5 years of audit management experience MUST
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and inspections inhouse to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Perform thorough research and preparations prior to each audit, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of relevant processes and procedures
• Identify and investigate any deviations or non-conformities, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures and prevent recurrence of issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings, actions taken, and follow-up activities
• Continuously assess and improve quality assurance processes and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned by management
