Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in quality management or similar role.
• Significant experience with quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
• Significant experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
• Excellent math skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and follow customer needs to develop effective quality control processes.
• Review and update specifications for products or processes.
• Establish standards for raw materials and monitor supplier compliance.
• Oversee health and safety guidelines and legal obligations.
• Monitor inspectors and staff; provide guidance and feedback.
• Monitor product development for deviations from quality standards.
• Check final output and compare properties to requirements.
• Make decisions to approve or reject completed products.
• Review and update project documentation; perform statistical analysis.
• Collect customer feedback to assess whether requirements are met.
• Prepare detailed reports and present them to executives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop new procedures.
