Shiel Sexton is seeking a Quality Manager to uphold our quality assurance program across commercial projects in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role focuses on applying industry standards, leading QA/QC activities, and ensuring thorough documentation and contractor oversight.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or 3+ years in construction delivery and QA, with strong communication and PM experience on commercial builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in construction delivery/QA/commissioning.
• Certifications in mechanical, electrical, and general construction applications.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Experience with building systems, facility inspections, and documentation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; PM experience on commercial projects.
