Job summary

• Reporting to the Quality Director, this role leads and develops the QA Technician team, ensures consistent execution of Sol-ti's Quality Management System, maintains production-floor quality and food safety oversight, supports regulatory and certification compliance, and drives timely resolution of quality issues.
• The Quality Assurance Manager serves as a key operational partner to Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehouse, and other departments. The Manager must maintain proficiency in technician-level responsibilities and provide direct QA Technician coverage during absences, vacancies, breaks, scheduling gaps, high-volume periods, or other operational needs to ensure uninterrupted quality and food safety oversight.

• Lead, supervise, train, coach, and develop Quality Assurance Technicians, with clear expectations for performance, documentation, escalation, and production-floor presence.
