You will establish and maintain robust QMS to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations, driving quality initiatives and collaborating across departments to uphold product integrity throughout production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's overall quality assurance strategy and policies.
• Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and performance management.

• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality-related matters, ensuring consistent product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Chemistry, or a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and auditing techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
