Job summary

Axion Recruitment Limited is partnering with an established food manufacturer based in Battle Creek, MI, to recruit a Quality Manager who will lead the plant’s Quality Assurance and Food Safety function.

The successful candidate will maintain GMP, SQF, FSMA and FDA compliance, manage HACCP/HARPC and CAPA programs, ensure audit readiness, and drive continuous improvement across Quality and Operations while overseeing allergen controls and product release processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Science or Microbiology OR 5+ years QA experience.
• Food manufacturing QA experience.
• Strong food safety and regulatory knowledge.
• HACCP, PCQI and SQF certifications
