Job summary

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Miami, FL. You will coordinate test environments, manage onshore and offshore resources, and communicate with external stakeholders to ensure quality milestones.

Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a QA Lead to work closely with our development team in a variety of marketing and desktop/mobile projects.

Your duties will be to develop test strategies, provide multiple levels of estimation, and perform capacity planning for all phases of testing and will work closely to determine specific test environment needs and coordinate test schedules.

Responsibilities

• Recognized SME in test strategy and estimation;
• Prepare estimations for high-impact, complex projects with incomplete data;
• Predict and document potential risks and constraints based on experience, data analysis, and existing models;
• Focus on testing strategy, scope, timelines, budget, and plans for all QA phases;
• Recognized as the technical leader in test planning on major projects;
• Oversee multiple projects and coordinate onshore and offshore resources;
• Facilitate project communications with external stakeholders;

This is a full-time and onsite position in our North Miami, FL office.
