In this high-impact role, you will lead a dedicated team of 13 QA inspectors, championing a zero-escape culture, right-first-time quality, and Lean manufacturing principles.
You will serve as a key leader shaping departmental budgets, guiding career development, and maintaining rigorous compliance with FAA, AS9100, EASA, and global regulatory standards.
