TLD, the largest global manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment, seeks a Quality Assurance leader at our Eau Claire, Wisconsin site to own and drive QA programs.
You will supervise two inspectors, drive ISO certification, ensure EPA/OSHA compliance, and partner with Production, Materials, Engineering and Finance to uphold quality and integrity across our operations.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and based at our Eau Claire, Wisconsin facility, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing product, part, material, and process quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products. You will directly supervise a team of two inspectors and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

You report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the Eau Claire site and directly manage two inspectors. You work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Materials, and Finance, and interface with suppliers and customers on quality matters. You serve as the ISO Management Representative for the site, with direct accountability for certification and audit readiness.
