Bright Innovation Labs, located in Beloit, Ohio, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to monitor and ensure production quality standards are met. This role involves conducting various inspections, recording data, and ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented. The position requires flexibility with shift work and the ability to handle physical demands of the job.
Inspect, sample and test to ensure that quality standards for production are being met to Customer and/or Bright Innovation Labs specifications using GMP's. Maintain quality standards by adhering and upholding programs to safeguard product safety and quality.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Bilingual a plus.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
