Job summary

ProFrac Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for ensuring products meet external and internal requirements, including customer expectations. You will oversee QA system functioning and advise on changes, training, and tools to enable others to achieve quality.

Essential duties include overseeing metrology, coordinating with production to resolve quality issues, leading MRB meetings, supervising QC inspection, managing records, and maintaining clear MRB

Qualifications

• BS in Technical Field or QA experience with exposure to ISO 9000
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles and evaluating satisfaction
• Sensitive to confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Responsibilities

• Ensure metrology and equipment traceability to NIST where possible
• Collaborate with production managers to resolve quality issues
• Lead MRB meetings to disposition discrepant parts
• Oversee QC inspection to prevent nonconforming products
• Maintain training, records, and data management for QA
• Communicate clearly within MRB and uphold quality policies
• Supervise HR processes: hiring, training, scheduling, grievances
• Perform other duties as assigned
