Job summary

Amarumayu, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA system across production stages, ensuring products meet safety and regulatory standards. The role requires HACCP expertise and strong leadership in a high-compliance environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in QA within food/beverage or industrial manufacturing, with a Bachelor’s in a related field and a Food Safety diploma. This on-site position offers growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Specialist Diploma in Food Safety.
• 5–7 years in Quality Assurance/Control in food/beverage or industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control QA across all production stages to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee release of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and disposition of non-conforming product.
• Oversee sanitation plans, master cleaning schedules, and IPM in plants and CEDIs.
• Manage regulatory labeling oversight and approve artwork against specifications.
• Direct SOPs, external testing, and calibration/maintenance of lab equipment across facilities.
• Manage customer/consumer quality complaints, track KPIs, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead food safety training programs and enforce safety regulations.
