Job summary

TC Energy, a leader in North American energy infrastructure, seeks a Quality Advisor for US Gas Pipeline Projects. You will ensure high-quality deliverables across PM, Construction, Supply Chain, and Engineering, aligning with TOMS, QMP, and PDS standards.

The role involves developing quality plans, conducting training, auditing contractor QA documents, and performing root-cause analyses with a focus on continuous improvement. Hybrid work options apply to eligible office-based roles in the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years in QA/QC, engineering, construction, or project execution.
• Ability to present to Senior Leadership and communicate clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
• Demonstrated teamwork and delivering results on complex projects.
• Experience with quality systems and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project quality plans and obtain approvals from US Projects Management.
• Develop and deliver quality training, orientations, and procedures.
• Review contractor QMS docs, QA procedures, inspection plans and ITPs.
• Lead self-assessments and develop PDS roadmaps with the team.
• Track defects, NCRs, and analyze trends; report to leadership.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and lessons learned reports.
• Ensure document control and records management at project level.
• Participate in audits and supplier qualification processes.
