You will oversee safety incident investigations, data analytics, and external audits, while promoting continuous improvement and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or investigations.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Familiarity with disability services regulations and safety rules.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple investigations and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EHR systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively while exercising independent judgment.

Responsibilities
