48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to champion pallet and reusable asset quality on the floor. You will audit, coach, and document to ensure every pallet and asset meets specifications the first time, protecting audit scores, costs, and Walmart relationships.

This hands-on lead role works on the sort floor and dock, spending most shifts on product rather than a desk, with multiple shifts and a defined location in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in quality, warehouse, logistics, or production.
• Experience with pallet/packaging standards is a plus.
• Strong observation and coaching skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform and log daily spot audits against customer and pooler standards.
• Inspect pallets for damage, non-conforming items, and safety issues.
• Lead root-cause investigations and draft corrective actions within 48 hours.
• Maintain quality trackers and report metrics to leadership on schedule.
• Train and recertify associates on sort standards and quality expectations.
