Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Clerk to audit inventory for store orders and assist the Inventory Control Team in correcting discrepancies. The role reports to the Inventory Control Manager and focuses on improving pallet accuracy and audit outcomes.

The position involves hands-on auditing, data entry, and potential leadership of other staff as needed. A strong analytical mindset and basic Excel skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, quality assurance, or related work preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making abilities with limited information.
• Intermediate Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to own processes and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Break down, audit, and reassemble freight on outbound pallets prior to load dispatch.
• Record and report errors identified during audits.
• Correct errors to ensure 100% accuracy on audited pallets.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent repeats of inaccuracies.
• Coordinate with RFC leadership and warehouse staff on audit results.
