The candidate will maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and manage complaints, while leading a quality team and collaborating with various departments to ensure product quality. This is a fully on-site position with a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $106,000 and a strong benefits package starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Material Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in implementing ISO certifications, PPAP, Process FMEA and Control Plan.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and related documentation.
• Lead the quality team and monitor their performance.
