Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies in Golden, Colorado, is seeking a FUELS - Quality Control Manager to plan, design, implement, and manage quality control and assurance for construction, fuels, environmental remediation, and demolition projects. The role coordinates with clients, regulators, and project teams to ensure compliance with contract terms.

This hybrid position requires up to 90% travel and a strong background in project management, inspection programs, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or business required.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a Project Manager for Construction, Environmental Remediation or Engineering projects.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and proposals, allocate resources for projects, and oversee field activities.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure conformance with contract terms.
• Represent Bristol Alliance of Companies as Point of Contact for contract, developing and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Study contract documents to determine appropriate methods for completion and explain plans and contract terms to administrative and field staff.
• Confirm that all required permits and licenses have been obtained.
• Coordinate with designated Quality Control and Health & Safety representatives to ensure Bristol and project standards are met.
• Track costs and prepare Accruals and Estimate to Complete reports on a timely basis.
• Prepare invoices for clients on a timely basis.
