Job summary

Premiere Communications & Consulting is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance, inspections, testing, and commissioning readiness across complex construction projects. You will partner with field teams and leadership to validate installations, resolve deficiencies, and develop repeatable quality processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, commissioning, field operations, or construction environments.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, specifications, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with cable testing and certification tools such as Fluke.
• Knowledge of standards like BICSI, TIA/EIA, ANSI and related best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage quality assurance activities across projects to ensure installations meet standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits; drive testing and validation activities.
• Manage deficiency resolution and project readiness/closeout.
• Coordinate with field leadership and review technical documentation.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and develop quality processes.
