Perdue Farms seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to guide QA processes and lead a team to ensure top quality and food safety across production. You will monitor production, support compliance with USDA and FDA, and drive continuous improvements to deliver trusted products.

You will play a key role in monitoring production, supporting compliance, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who is passionate about food safety, team development, and delivering products customers can trust every day.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00pm-2:30am, weekends as needed.
