Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for their PREMIER location to oversee food safety and QA monitoring programs. The role requires leadership, training, and strong communication with on-site leadership, with night shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.

Responsibilities include facilitating QA technician training, prioritizing department needs, and maintaining quality assurance programs while contributing to a safe, high-quality product for consumers.

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead responsible to ensure that food safety and quality assurance monitoring programs are carried out. Communicate results to supervisor and other on-site leadership as needed. Facilitate training of Quality Assurance Technicians. Prioritize department needs and assign staff accordingly. Support, implement, improve, and maintain quality assurance programs. Total Rewards: $19.75 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR
