Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to maintain production integrity by ensuring components meet regulatory standards. You will use measurement and documentation skills to drive product excellence in our manufacturing environment.

You will perform inspections, document non-conformities, work with MRB, maintain device history and calibration logs, and support audit readiness while contributing to continuous improvement.

• Analyze technical issues and contribute to problem-solving initiatives that improve overall production efficiency.
• Manage data entry and retrieval within global tracking systems to maintain real-time quality metrics.

• Perform precise incoming and in-process inspections using standard measurement tools to verify component compliance.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical inspection or technical production environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high documentation standards.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks requiring visual acuity.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a medical device manufacturing environment with knowledge of ISO 13485 or FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software for data management.
• Experience working within a Continuous Improvement or 5S framework.
