Job summary

Elanco Animal Health is seeking a Summer 2027 Quality Assurance Intern to join the QA team at our Clinton, Indiana manufacturing plant. You will gain exposure to multiple QA areas and work on projects that span the site, providing practical solutions and cross-functional experience.

You will develop skills in quality systems, regulatory environments, and manufacturing processes while collaborating with subject matter experts and mentors during the internship.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a similar major.
• Top Skills: Experience in Microsoft Suites and a willingness to learn.
• Preferred: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving identified processes within the quality organization.
• Understand the Manufacturing processes and how Quality supports the process and business and gain real-world experience in a regulated environment.
• Work within cross-functional teams to support inspection readiness activities, investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with the production and analytical processes to ensure they are carried out with appropriate quality standards.
• Study design improvement process.
