You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve process consistency, strengthen documentation, and increase performance visibility in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or technical discipline.
• Interest in Quality Management Systems, manufacturing, data analysis, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System standardization across locations by updating procedures and related documentation.
• Assist with ISO 9001 and AS9100 readiness activities and audit support.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions with required documentation.
• Help develop training and competency documentation, including records and matrices.
• Assist with KPI reporting to improve visibility of department performance.
• Document manufacturing processes and convert knowledge into clear procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce quality risk and waste.
